Terms of service.

Pre-launch, no SLA

The service is in early access. It may change, break, or be unavailable without notice, and is provided as-is while we build it out. We're not promising uptime, response times, or a stable feature set yet.

Acceptable use

This is the section that matters most:

• You must own the sites and systems you point QA Reef at, or be authorised in writing to test them.
• No circumventing access controls, authentication, or rate limits on a target system.
• No CAPTCHA circumvention. The product refuses this by design — if a target challenges the agent, the run stops, records the screen as evidence, and hands off to a person instead of trying to defeat it.
• Respect the target site's own terms of service and applicable law.
• You're responsible for the test data and credentials you supply, including keeping them out of anyone else's hands.

Break any of these and we can suspend or terminate your access — see Termination below.

Your content

The flows, credentials, and run artifacts you create stay yours. We store them to run the service; we don't claim ownership of them, and we don't use them to train anything beyond what your own flows need to run.

Open-source core

The core — flow runtime and evidence storage — is MIT-licensed. These terms cover the hosted service, not your use of the MIT-licensed code, which is governed by the MIT license itself.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that it will be error-free, especially at this pre-launch stage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data or lost business. Use it accordingly while it's this early.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access, particularly for a breach of the acceptable-use terms above, with notice where practical, and without notice where the breach is serious.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and company mature. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Governing law and entity

A document like this would normally name the company behind it and the law that governs a dispute. We're not going to guess at either while that's still unsettled: TBD [Legal entity and registered address to be added before general availability]. TBD [Governing law — TBD].
